Stone Ambassador an Australian company is the premium choice for the passionate quartz stone enthusiast. Offering a meticulously crafted 93% natural quartz. A supreme and distinctive range elegantly designed for every home. Their Stone is widely used in architectural design due to its solid reputation of being one of the best quality stones available for commercial and domestic applications.
Stone Ambassador surfaces are materials composed of 93% natural quartz, resins used as a binding agent and pigments. Stone Ambassadors veined surfaces are manufactured using advanced technology to create the most natural looking surfaces available in engineered stone. Stone Ambassador gives you the natural beauty of stone but with a harder surface. Quartz stone is known for its endurance and tough combination of minerals, therefore Stone Ambassador offers superior durability and the practical benefits of being:
Mould and mildew resistant
Stone Ambassador can be fabricated with any edge profile but square edges are not recommended as they are most prone to damage from chipping. The most common type is the pencil or bevelled edge. All polished edges should have a minimum radius of 4-5mm as the greater the surface area of the edge; the more resistant the edge will be to chipping. The Stone Ambassador Warranty does not cover damage to polished edges through wear-and-tear or negligence.
Stone Ambassador is fundamentally non-porous and perfectly suited for residential and commercial kitchen areas and food preparation areas. Stone Ambassador is compliant with the International Health and Safety Foundation sanitary standard NSF51 and Green Guard certifications that guarantees that its quartz-based surfaces are safe for use in all food environments. Stone Ambassador is heat resistant and not affected by temperatures lower than 180C. Like all stone material, Stone Ambassador can be damaged by sudden and rapid heat changes (this is called thermal shock) so we always recommend that hot pots and pans never be placed directly on a Stone Ambassador surface but onto a heat trivet or chopping board. Placing hot pots or pans on your benchtop can also cause your benchtop to scorch due to the resin content. Stone Ambassador requires minimal maintenance. To keep it clean, simply wipe it with a soft cloth, warm water and PH neutral detergent. For those extra stubborn stains or spills, we recommend our Stone Ambassador Cream Cleanser and microfibre cloth. For detailed information see the Care & Maintenance Guide. Stone Ambassador comes with a 10-year Limited Warranty which you can access on this website
Stone Ambassador is very affordable. There is a Stone Ambassador colour to suit every interior style and budget. Part of the advantage of Stone Ambassador is that it gives you flexibility and choice when selecting the bench top that suits you. They are continually adding to the range and released 3 new ranges in September 2018.
